We love to shop at Sheffields in Humble. Iris the best place to find treasure. We shopped her on Saturday and went back today and found some new items. Ashley and Terry and very helpful. I great place to shop regularly for the best deals in town.

So I have been to several bin-discount stores but always leery when going in; most are not very clean and just not a fan of digging through trash. BUT this location I have to say is not the typical shop; the bins are clean and pretty well sorted. I spoke with I believe her name is Renee telling her how I appreciated the cleanliness. Very nice young lady and I greatly appreciated her taking time to talk with me.. great experience!

I have been coming here for quite some time and every one has been so helpful, especially Rene. Rene is such a friendly young lady and I really do appreciate the great customer service she gives. She is pretty much the main one that helps me every time I go in. I have bought pretty much all my household items from outside yard stuff to decorations and appliances and from this location.

Love going here and for multiple reasons! First and foremost, the customer service is A+ and the manager Harrison is very friendly and outgoing and handles any issues professionally. The staff is friendly as well and always greet me when I come by. The inventory is great and lots of good buys if you get there early. Pricing is good also and very competitive with the 40% off they do there. We once had a hot plate that burned out right after purchasing and they replaced it with no questions asked. Again, very impressed with their service. This will always be my go-to spot when hunting for good deals. Some of these bad reviews are a joke since we've shopped with them for the past 3 years and never had a bad experience.

I usually love this place but was severely disappointed today. After hearing employees yelling "Do not open the boxes," I was a little suspicious of their $35 everything sale. 3 of the 4 items I bought were either broken or missing parts. The canopy I bought still had grass stuck to the legs and 2 bars were broken!! Never again will I trust their taped boxes!!

Buyer beware: we purchased several items today, that were taped shut and looked new. We didn’t open any boxes because there were signs posted to not open boxes and that the items are what they are. We got home and 2 items were missing pieces and not functional. We bought a 2 door garage cabinet, and got home and only the doors and shelves were in the box, not the cabinet itself. I contacted them, and was told all sales were final. After posting on Facebook to warn others, I was blocked. It’s pretty sad this is how they choose to do business, by ripping off hardworking people to pad their pockets.
